Sunflower Farm LLC, its employees, agents or guests are not liable for any personal injury or damages that can result by participating in this activity. All guests voluntarily and willingly waive any and all claims for damages, personal and property. All Riders must assess and assume their own and their minor children’s ability to participate in any of the activities sponsored herein. Physical agility should be considered when contemplating your overall ability to participate.
There’s a #240 weight limitation. This 240# weight limitation will be strictly enforced and riders must submit to a weight verification if required. Serious injury or death can be the result of any sports activity that involves height, speed and requires a working knowledge of the activities. All Adult Riders are required to sign a Liability Waiver for themselves and/or minor children.
Children under 5 years old are not allowed to participate in any activities.
If any rider has any type of physical or mental disability, the details must be disclosed before the reservation is created. Management reserves the right to refuse the liability and to deny permission to participate in any activities. A physical examination is recommended prior to your participation.
You will be asked to provide an accurate ‘Arrival Time’ when you create your reservation. If you arrive 30 mins late of your stated time, your horse may be provided to another rider. Your horse is waiting for you, so please be courteous.
